The Ultimate Unicorn Ice Cream Cake
1. Allow the vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry ice creams to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
2. Line a 9-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang.
3. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly into the bottom of the pan.
4. Sprinkle crushed sugar cones over the vanilla ice cream layer.
5. Layer the strawberry ice cream on top of the sugar cones, smoothing it out evenly.
6. Add a layer of rainbow sherbet on top of the strawberry ice cream layer.
7. Spread the softened blueberry ice cream on top of the sherbet layer.
8. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
9. Just before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and invert it onto a serving plate.
10. Remove the plastic wrap and decorate the cake with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and edible glitter if desired.
