-Ingredients:
2.8 oz of nuts or peanuts
13.2 oz of banana puree
100% cocoa powder
-Instructions:
1.Combine the nuts or peanuts, banana puree, and cocoa powder in a bowl until well mixed. The mixture should be thick and spreadable.
2.Transfer the mixture into a mold measuring 7.5 x 3.5 x 2 inches (19 x 9 x 5 cm). Press down firmly to ensure it's compact and even.
3.Cook on minimum heat for 5 to 7 minutes. This gentle cooking sets the brownies without losing moisture or flavor.
4.Let the brownies cool, then store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days to keep them fresh.
