Savory Chicken with Mushrooms and Potatoes
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. 

2. Sear the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. 

Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. 

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 

3. Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, add the chopped onion and garlic. 


Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. 

4. Add Mushrooms and Potatoes:
Add the sliced mushrooms and halved potatoes to the skillet. 

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

5. Deglaze and Add Liquids:
Pour in the chicken broth and white wine (if using). 

Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and dried thyme. Stir to combine.
