Raspberry Tiramisu

- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the raspberry liqueur (if using) or a mixture of raspberry sauce and water.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Drizzle half of the raspberry sauce over the cream layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, cream mixture, and raspberry sauce.
4. **Chill and Serve:**
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavours to meld and the dessert to set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves, if desired.
