WOULD YOU EAT THIS RIBEYE STEAK WITH COFFEE RUB AND FRENCH FRIES

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs
For the French Fries:
4 large russet potatoes
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika for seasoning
