For surf and turf skewers:
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 pieces of beef tenderloin (approximately 1 inch cubes)
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
Salt and pepper to try
8 cherry tomatoes
8 little mushrooms
Wooden or metal skewers (if you use wood, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning)
