Strawberry Shortcake Piña Colada

Prepare Cake Crumb Rim: Rim the glass with a bit of coconut cream and dip it into cake crumbs to coat the rim.
Blend White Layer: Add 1 oz white rum, 1/2 oz coconut cream, 1/2 oz heavy cream, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup crushed ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and white. Pour into the prepared glass, filling it halfway.
Blend Pink Layer: Add the remaining 1 oz white rum, 1/2 oz coconut cream, 1/2 oz heavy cream, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1/4 cup crushed ice, fresh strawberries, and strawberry syrup to the blender. Blend until smooth and pink.
Layer the Drink: Carefully pour the pink mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
Garnish: Sprinkle cake crumbs on top and add a fresh strawberry for garnish.
