Shrimp and Chicken Stir Fry
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until the onion is translucent.
3. Increase the heat to high and add the chicken to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is almost cooked through.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
5. Add the broccoli and shredded carrots, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat evenly.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
