Savory Sausage and Egg Breakfast Rolls
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are just set. Remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on each triangle, followed by a spoonful of sausage and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
