Minced potato roll

- Peel and grate the potatoes.
Squeeze the grated potato juice with your hands and put it in the mixing bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese, eggs, black pepper, salt and hot pepper to the potatoes and mix them.
Press it directly onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until the top and bottom turn light brown.
For the inner filling
First, the minced meat is fried in the pan, until it is cooked.
- Add onions and peppers and fry in the same way.
- Add spices and tomato paste and fry.
-Add hot water and mix, when it dries up from the water, remove it from the heat.
- Take the tray out of the oven and cover it with the minced meat.
Roll it up and put it in the middle .
