Garlic Steak bites and eggs for breakfast
Start of by mincing the garlic, then set aside.
Cut the steak into 1 inch thick pieces, then season it with salt pepper garlic.
Heat the large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil then sear the steak for around 2 minutes per side. Add butter, Once the butter starts to form bubbles add thyme and the minced garlic coat the steak in that delicious garlic sauce, stir for 1 minute.
Push aside the steak and add eggs and asparagus. Cook the eggs and season asparagus to your liking.
Then remove from heat let cool for 3 min before serving.
