Flan and chocolate cake with cookies
In a glass with 1/2 liter of milk, dilute the sachet of flan for the cream. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. When it boils, add the mixture from the glass, mix until thick and set aside. Add sugar to taste and mix.
In another glass with 1/2 liter of milk, dilute the flan envelope and mix with the chocolate powder. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, add the mixture from the glass, mix until thick and set aside. Add sugar to taste and mix.
In a previously oiled mold lined with transparent film, place a layer of the chocolate cream. Alternate layers of cookies and cream successively until finishing with a layer of cookies.
Cover with transparent film and let cool. Refrigerate until completely set and cool.
When serving, decorate with cherries, almonds, chocolate, or any other ingredient of choice.
