Creme Brulee Cheesecake in regular lingo:

1. First off, preheat your oven to 325°F.
2. Get a bowl, toss in those graham cracker crumbs, and mix them up with the melted butter. Then press that mix into a springform pan.
3. In another bowl, take your cream cheese and give it a good beat until it's all smooth.
4. Add in the sugar, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla to the cream cheese. Mix it all up real good.
5. Pour that creamy goodness over your crust and pop it in the oven for about an hour.
6. Once it's done baking, let it cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
7. When you're ready to get fancy, sprinkle some sugar on top and bust out your torch to caramelize it.
8. Now, slice it up, serve it nice, and indulge in that sweet, creamy goodness!
