Ingredients:

• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

• 1/2 cup of melted butter

• 4 packs (32 oz total) of cream cheese, make sure it's softened

• 1 cup of granulated sugar

• 4 large eggs

• 1 cup of sour cream

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar (for the caramelizing magic)
