Creamy Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque
1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Add crab meat, flour, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
5. Gradually add heavy cream, wine, and fish stock; whisk continuously.
6. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
