Chicken Salad With Cranberries
4 cups of chicken breast, cooked, ground (about 2 chicken breast).
1 cup pecans, chopped.
120 ml of dried cranberries.
4 green onions, chopped.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Beat them until they match right. Add salt to taste.
In a big bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix so everything is well covered.
Adjust salt to taste if necessary
