Buffalo Chicken Tortellini Alfredo
1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
3. Add the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted and the tortellini is evenly coated.
4. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
5. Serve garnished with green onions and parsley.
