BEETROOT & CARROT JUICE
1.Prepare the Vegetables:
Wash and peel the beetroots and carrots.
Chop them into small pieces for easier blending.
2.Blending:
Put chopped vegetables and ginger into the blender.
Add water to help blend smoothly.
Blend until everything is finely pureed.
3.Straining the Juice:
Place a strainer over a bowl.
Pour the blended mixture through the strainer.
Press down with a spoon to extract juice, leaving pulp behind.
4.Finishing Touches:
Add lemon juice for extra flavor, if desired.
Serve over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
