Banana Chia Pudding Delight

1. Prepare the Chia Pudding:
o In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
o Add the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well to combine.
o Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
2. Chill the Pudding:
o Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and the pudding to thicken.
3. Serve:
o Once the chia pudding has thickened, give it a good stir and divide it into serving bowls or jars.
o Top each serving with fresh banana slices, granola, fresh berries, and mint leaves if desired.
