Air Fryer Chicken Wings with Cheesy Broccoli Rice
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket.
3. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
4. While the wings are cooking, bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes.
5. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
6. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth. Fold in the steamed broccoli.
7. Serve the crispy chicken wings alongside the cheesy broccoli rice.
