1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, yogurt, salt, and water. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
2. Coat the dough with oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm, dry place.
3. Once the dough has risen, oil your hands and separate the dough from the bowl.
4. Divide the dough into eight equal balls and knead each one.
5. Let the dough balls rest for 15 minutes.
6. Roll out each ball into a circle and bake on a heated pan.
7. While the bread is still warm, brush it with butter.
