- Take the cream cheese, mascarpone, cream, and eggs out of the refrigerator 2 hours before preparation to bring them to room temperature.
2. **Preheat Oven:**
- Preheat the oven to 260°C (500°F). Line the springform pan with baking paper, ensuring that it extends about 3-4 cm above the edge of the pan.
3. **Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar:**
- In a food processor, use a flat beater to mix the cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
