**For the mixture:**
- 550 g cream cheese (Philadelphia), softened
- 100 g mascarpone
- 180 g sugar
- 225 g eggs (approx. 4-5 large eggs)
- 1.5 tsp lemon juice
- 410 g cream
- 30 g flour
- Pulp from 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pinch of salt
