Saltine Toffee

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place the saltine crackers in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar:
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly combined. Set aside.
Make the Caramel:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for about 3 minutes, or until it reaches a deep caramel color.
Immediately pour the caramel mixture over the saltine crackers, using a rubber spatula to spread it evenly and cover the crackers completely.
Bake:
Bake the caramel-covered crackers in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the caramel mixture is bubbly.
