Let's add milk, granulated sugar, egg, flour and starch to a suitable saucepan for its cream and mix. Let's cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let's turn off the heat, add vanilla with butter and mix.
After throwing the first temperature, let's cover it with stretch film. When it comes to room temperature, let's put it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
For the cake, add egg white and very little sugar to the mixing bowl and beat.
Let's add the egg yolk and the remaining sugar to a different mixing bowl and beat. Let's add water, sifted flour in the sieve and mix. Let's add the egg whites we whipped and mix them.
Let's pour the cake mortar we prepared on the baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Let's bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Let's wrap the baked cake slowly on a cloth with greaseproof paper so that it's not too tight. Let it sit like this for 40- 45 minutes.
After the cream has cooled, add whipped cream to it and beat it. Let's spread it on the cake with a spatula and add bananas.
Let's put the remaining cream on the cake and give a pattern on it with a fork. You can decorate and serve it as you wish.
