## Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
1. **Preheat oven**: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
2. **Cook vegetables**: In a large pan, heat olive oil and add onions and green peppers. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the peppers and onions are softened.
3. **Cook steak**: Add the shaved steak, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook, breaking the steak apart with two forks to prevent clumping, until the steak is no longer red. Set the pan aside.
4. **Prepare buns**: Slice the sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the 12 pack of buns intact. Place on a baking sheet.
5. **Assemble sliders**: Spread the steak mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns. Top with provolone cheese slices and place the top half of the buns on top.
6. **Butter mixture**: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Generously brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
7. **Bake**: Place the sliders in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden and the cheese has melted.
8. **Serve**: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
