NUTELLA STUFFED MILK BREAD RECIPE
Put milk and soft butter in the sink. Then add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Salt and yeast must not be in direct contact otherwise the dough will not inflate.
Knead by hand or robot for a few minutes until the dough no longer sticks to the fingers.
Form about 8 studs.
Spread each loaf and put a little Nutella. Fold the edges to have the shape of the milk bread as shown in the picture. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature
Mix the egg yolk, milk and sugar and then whisk the patties with it.
Bake at 200° for 15 minutes
