Natural remedy to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure!

-Ingredients:
1 large bunch of fresh parsley
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 cup of water
Optional: a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of lemon juice for flavor
-Preparation:
1.Wash parsley and tomatoes thoroughly.
2.Quarter tomatoes for easier blending.
3.Roughly chop parsley, including stems.
4.Blend tomatoes, parsley, and water until smooth. Adjust consistency with more water if needed.
5.Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
6.Season with salt or lemon juice for taste.
