2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the glaze:
100ml maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 red chillies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
