Light Tuna Terrine

Oven preparation :
Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).
Prepare ingredients:
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Preparing the terrine:
In a bowl, mash the tuna with a fork.
Add the eggs, crème fraîche, lemon juice and zest, onion, garlic and parsley.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
