Classic Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
Boil a large pot of water. Remove the core from the cabbage and immerse the head in boiling water for about 5 minutes until the outer leaves soften. Remove and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Peel the softened cabbage leaves carefully, ensuring they remain intact. Place a portion of the meat mixture on each leaf, roll, and tuck in the sides. Arrange seam-side down in the dish.
Mix diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
Serve garnished with parsley, if using.
