Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the leaf.
Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and roll it up like a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and chicken mixture.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
