Carrot Walnut Soft Cake Recipe

Let's add eggs and sugar to a suitable mixing bowl and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. Let's add milk and oil to it and continue mixing.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla in the sieve and mix. Let's add the grated carrots, walnuts and cinnamon to the cake dough and mix.

Let's pour the cake dough we have prepared into the cake mould that is greased all over with solid oil.

Let's bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Let's remove the cake from the mould and you can serve it by sprinkling optional powdered sugar on it.
