Apricot Cake with Quark Filling Recipe
- 10 sheets of gelatine
- 500 g cream
- 450 g natural Greek yogurt
- 250 g quark (20% fat)
- 85 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g apricot jam
**For the Topping:**
- 1 can of apricot halves (drained weight: 480 g)
- 1 can of apricot halves (drained weight: 135 g)
- 1 pack of light cake glaze
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml water
**For the Decoration:**
- 200 g cream
- 30 g chopped pistachios
