PEPPER BEEF STIR-FRY RECIPE:

1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, cut in 1.5 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can of baby corn
2 tbsp oil
Steak marinade:
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp soy
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pepper sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Add steak to marinade and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
