1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Mix well.
4. Add sugar, dried basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. While the sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. Serve the meat sauce over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
