Very soft rustic donut without scales

Ingredients

  • glasses full of 00 flour (or 0 flour)
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 1 glass sunflower seed oil (or peanut or corn)
  • 2uova
  • and a half glasses of cheese (provolone, asiago, emmental etc…) (about 140 g)
  • and a half glasses of cooked ham (even better if diced) (about 120 g)
  • Half a glass of pitted white olives (about 40-50 g)
  • Half a glass of grated cheese (parmesan, parmesan, pecorino, mix of cheeses etc…)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast for savory preparations
