Are you away on holiday or has your scale suddenly broken or, simply, you don’t feel like weighing the ingredients and would like to do it by eye but you’re not sure of the result? Oh yes, because I had bought the ingredients to prepare a savory pie and I wanted to prepare it for a last minute dinner. So, without having the time or desire to go to a shop to buy the first scale that came along, I got creative and thought of weighing all the ingredients with a simple glass, the simple one for water . I wrote down all the doses step by step on a piece of paper and finished the recipe satisfied. The result? a wonderful, moist and very soft savory donut that I prepared in 10 minutes. With how many glasses of ingredients is it made? 10! including filling ingredients . At home they devoured it and my mother asked me how I had done it without scales… by eye? but no, with a glass!
