Easy Homemade Kiwi Jam Recipe | No Pectin, No Sugar Added

1. Prepare the Kiwi:

  • Peel the kiwi fruit and chop them into small pieces.

2. Cook the Kiwi:

  • In a medium saucepan, add the chopped kiwi fruit and lemon juice.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the kiwi fruit softens and breaks down, about 10-15 minutes.

3. Mash or Blend:

  • Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the kiwi to your desired consistency. You can leave it chunky or blend until smooth, depending on your preference.

4. Sweeten:

  • Stir in honey, starting with 2 tablespoons. Taste and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter jam. If the kiwi mixture is too thick, you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency.

5. Simmer:

  • Continue to cook the jam over low heat for another 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until it thickens to your liking.

6. Test and Store:
