Zucchini can be tastier than meat

There are many ways to cook zucchini, making it a very flexible and tasty vegetable that can hold its own against meat in terms of flavor and comfort. The flavorful zucchini is shown in this recipe:
A Soy Sauce and Garlic Stir-Fry with Mushrooms and Zucchini
Things needed:
2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
1 cup of sliced mushrooms and 2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of gluten-free soy sauce (or tamari)
Oyster sauce, if desired, 1 tablespoon
1/4 cup sesame oil or equivalent
Using vegetable or olive oil, measure 1 tablespoon.
Optional seasonings: salt & pepper
For the garnish, cut some green onions.
Prepared noodles or rice, ready to be served
