1. Grate the zucchini and place in a bowl. Then add eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, oil, parmesan, semolina and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients well and create a homogeneous mass.
3. Grease the muffin tin and pour in the batter. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes + 5 minutes to brown the top.
